  • What are your cancellation policies?
    Room cancellation would be accepted before 48 hours from the date of booking.Please note administration fees will be applicable. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, per night charges would be applicable for the 1st night plus administration charges. For more information call our reception.
  • Are there any extra charges?
    Booking charges include 20% VAT and Service Charge is not applicable.
  • Do you have onsite Parking Available?
    Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs £10.00 per night.
  • Is there any internet available?
    There is Wi-FI available in the lounge area and in some rooms. Please check with our staff.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are not allowed
  • Will deposits be charged?
    No deposits will be charged.
  • Is there a charge for children?
    Children under age of 3 years can stay for free when using existing bedding.
  • Do you provide extra bedding for children?
    Cots available on request. Kindly inform in advance at the time of booking.
  • Where the breakfast is served?
    Breakfast is served in a designated area on the ground floor. Please note we do not serve breakfast in the rooms.
